Guess who just bought herself an exciting new blender?

I've been searching for a different home blender on the net for some time now. A blender that's capable of both smashing ice cubes and producing yummy smoothies. It is, however, difficult to decide among the thousands of types out there. It sure is not an easy task to track down the best machine, and virtually all products appear to have both benefits and drawbacks if you investigate them. My guess is that everybody has their very own tastes in this case. In the end I uncovered one which I believe is ideal for me, but just how did I discover it you ask?

I simply started out by clicking through the items on Amazon. I was hunting for a product with a low price and decent consumer reviews. There were several good-looking models there, from famous brandnames like Ninja and Vitamix. However, just about all had one or more issue pertaining to something significant. That's likely to be expected with items of this nature though. After a lot of exploring I found a website (Guide to Blenders) with guides for the most widely used products. After spending a day checking that website I ultimately decided to opt for a blender from Vitamix. I had to fork out quite a bit for it, but this blender is just awesome!
